1. Use of Website
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to use this website and place orders.
1.2 You agree not to misuse our site or engage in fraudulent activity.
2. Products & Availability
2.1 All products displayed are subject to availability.
2.2 We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.
2.3 Colours and images may vary slightly due to screen settings, but we do our best to ensure accurate representation.
3. Pricing
3.1 Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (where applicable).
3.2 We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Pricing errors will be corrected where identified, and we may cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
4. Orders & Payment
4.1 Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
4.2 Payment methods include: EFT, credit/debit card, and other secure payment gateways as offered at checkout.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We aim to ship your order within [2–5 working days] of payment confirmation.
5.2 Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
5.3 Delivery is handled by third-party couriers. Meow Meow is not liable for delays once items are dispatched, but we will assist where possible.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1 You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange, provided:
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
6.2 The following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or washed items.
- Items without original packaging/tags.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
6.3 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.
6.4 If your item is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
7. Privacy Policy & Data Protection (POPIA)
7.1 We respect your privacy and comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
7.2 Your personal data is collected only for order processing, communication, and marketing (if opted in).
7.3 Your information will not be sold or shared without consent, except where required by law.

9.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10.2 Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in accordance with South African law.
