At Meow Meow, we donā€™t believe you have to choose between function and fashion. Between lifting heavy and looking good doing it. Between discipline and a little bit of sass. Meow Meow was born out of that sweet spot where fitness meets fashion, and confidence meets comfort.

The Story Behind the Brand

I’m Zu, the human behind Meow Meow.
Fitness has always been my thing, not just for how it made me feel physically, but for what it did for my mind. It helped me show up stronger in every part of life, and I wanted other people to experience that feeling too. Thatā€™s what led me to coach for years in strength, conditioning, and nutrition, because I genuinely believe everyone deserves to feel that kind of strong.

But thereā€™s another side of me: the side thatā€™s always had a thing for looking good. Even when I was deep into coaching, youā€™d find me rocking matching sets, bold colors, and of course posting my #gymootd. People noticed. ā€œYou always look so put togetherā€, and the truth is…

When you look good, you feel good, and when you feel goodā€¦ you crush life.

So eventually, it hit me: why not create my own activewear brand, one that reflects everything I believe in? Enter: Meow Meow.

Why ā€œMeow Meowā€?

Meow Meow is a term of endearment my husband and I use for each other. Weā€™re life partners, partners in chaos and adventure, and each otherā€™s biggest hype squad. The two cats in the logo? Thatā€™s us. šŸ¾

Since weā€™ve been together, weā€™ve pushed each other to achieve so much, and launching Meow Meow is just one more adventure weā€™re taking on together. Itā€™s our symbol of partnership, purpose, and playfulness. (Alsoā€¦ cats are cool, cute, and a little feisty, just like our brand.)
